A STAR OCCURS - Friday 26 June, 2009
"Gravitational collapse of a star occurs at the end of its life time, also called the death of the star. When all stellar energy sources are exhausted, the star will undergo a gravitational collapse. In this sense a star is in a "temporary" equilibrium state between a gravitational collapse at stellar birth and a further gravitational collapse at stellar death. The end states are called compact stars."

Yeah, the brand new Drop Dead collection finally arrived this week and nothing is the same anymore. The brand from the UK has developed to be an extremely hip scene brand, leaving us no choice but taking the new stuff in our assortment as soon as possible. Besides Drop Dead, we also present the new line of Beyond online and there is a massive amount of new stuff in the merchandise area by Whitechapel, The Black Dahlia Murder, A Day to Remember and Heaven Shall Burn.

Drop Dead -or the textile outcomes of Olli Sykes mind – is probably THE newcomer brand in England, but also in the German speaking area there is no stop to the excitement. As nobody can rely on the Cats and Bats success, there is a new collection, still crazy and fresh in the designs and as high in quality as most of the big brands. Check out all the new designs in the “new articles” list or directly in the street-wear section of the page.

A little younger is the German brand Beyond, but it also tends towards “colorful, loud and high quality”. Beyond wraps its appearance up with design cooperations with international design artists and excellent labeling. Also in the brand section you can find Peta2, starting their new campaign “Animal testing breaks hearts” right in time for the summer, that we support with a cooperation shirt and a brand new, light blue shirt. Just inform yourself on the Peta2 homepage or check out their informational stands at the festivals.

The festivals have been rocked hard by The Black Dahlia Murder and Whitechapel and we have their new tour-designs available! If you want to see how our cool signing session with The Black Dahlia Murder at the Hellfest went, you should pay our Flickr account or our Myspace a visit. We do also have new merch for Heaven Shall Burn, Alesana, A Day to Remember, War from a Harlots Mouth and Between the Buried and Me online as well as new belts and shorts.

Finally we want to remind you that we will be around at the Vainstream Rockfest and at the With Full Force with a stand next weekend and we will ask some of our bands (Heaven Shall Burn, Bring Me The Horizon, Maroon et.al.) to stop by for a signing session. Additionally there will be a limited Imperial merch edition for such bands as Carnifex, All Shall Perish, Maroon and Suicide Silence. Those shirts will be available only at the festivals and strictly limited. So come by soon and get a hold of this specialty..

THE THIRD LARGEST EMPIRE IN HISTORY - Wednesday 24 June, 2009
"The nation's history began with that of the East Slavs, which emerged as a recognizable group in Europe between the 3rd and 8th centuries AD. Founded and ruled by a noble Viking warrior class and their descendants, the first East Slavic state, Kievan Rus', arose in the 9th century and adopted Christianity from the Byzantine Empire in 988, beginning the synthesis of Byzantine and Slavic cultures that defined Russian culture for the next millennium."

This week we have to announce a lot of merchandise news in the shop, concerning co-operational bands such as Cataract, Whitechapel The Devil Wears Prada or Carnifex as well as bands whose merch we order directly from the USA and the UK, namely celebrities like August Burns Red, Norma Jean, Enter Shikari and Bring Me The Horizon. For the brands, we are awaiting the new Drop Dead stuff, but in the meanwhile we happily present the new Paint the Stars zippers and Eastpak bags.

Many of our co-operational bands are on tour in Europe at the moment, meaning we will be uploading several new designs soon. Whitechapel, The Black Dahlia Murder, Aborted and Salt The Wound are on their way from stage to stage and All Shall Perish are also around and loud. For all of those bands there are new articles available, in time to get dressed for the festivals. Also new in the assortment are shirts and a zipper of The Sorrow, a new Cataract shirt, the purple Ligeia shirt and the re-printed Imperial Mosh zipper.

Besides all the established bands we have also finally arranged to put the Liferuiner tour merch online. The stuff has never been available, because the tour had been canceled, so seize the opportunity! Brand new in the assortment is The Haverbrook Disaster, another German band. Also brand new, but very intensely demanded are the shorts of various bands. A new Carnifex short arrived shortly and there is also a sporty War from a Harlots Mouth piece available.

The imported merchandise of Bring Me The Horizon has been restocked and refreshed. Also the Enter Shikari assortment is now on a representative and fresh level. Furthermore we have three new shirt designs each of August Burns Red and Norma Jean as well as new articles by Rise Against, Escape the Fate and Veil of Maya to make the assortment round. If you aren't busy already, come visit our stands at Summerblast or Hellfest (in Clisson, north-west France) where we will present lots of merchandise :))

In the brands stores we re-listed many sold our articles – for example Keds- and Vans shoes, and will do so for shorts and pants soon. Entirely new are the zippers and long-sleeves of the recent Paint the Stars collection, varying the trendy colors of the year such as the all time classic purple. The new Eastpak bags did expand in colors, too and therefore do fit the brands style very well. Concluding with “colorful” regards...
